Role: Technical BA with Microsoft Dynamics

We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in scientific or biotech environments to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, and ensuring the successful execution of projects within a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates will have strong agile and business analysis skills, with a background in Microsoft Dynamics and experience collaborating across international teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for software systems in a scientific or biotech context.
• Apply business analysis techniques in line with IIBA BABOK to support the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics (APPS) solutions.
• Work within an agile environment using SCRUM and Kanban practices to manage project deliverables.
• Utilize tools like Jira and Confluence from the Atlassian suite for project tracking and documentation.
• Support multi-site, international software development projects, ensuring alignment across different teams and geographical locations.
• Use business process modeling tools (e.g., Adonis BPMN 2.0) to map and optimize business processes.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in a scientific or biotech environment.
• Certification or formal training in Business Analysis (e.g., IIBA CCBA, AAC, CBAP).
• Experience working in a matrixed product team, managing and collaborating across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM and Kanban.
• Proficiency with the Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence) for managing projects and documentation.
• Experience with business process modeling using tools such as Adonis BPMN 2.0.
