We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead key initiatives in requirement management, process optimization, and data analysis. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to define business needs, propose solutions, and drive consensus on the most effective course of action. You will be responsible for evaluating existing processes and internal data to make informed decisions on whether the solution requires software development or process improvements. Additionally, you will ensure that solutions are clearly communicated to Business, Development, and Quality Assurance teams, guiding them through the project lifecycle until completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Management: Elicit and analyze business needs from stakeholders to design effective solutions. Communicate and document those requirements in a clear and actionable format for cross-functional teams.

  • Data Analysis: Use data to inform decisions, uncover insights, and evaluate potential solutions. Leverage data visualization techniques to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Development and Quality Assurance teams to transition requirements for approved solutions. Address any questions that arise during implementation and testing.
  • Change Management: Track and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all updates are communicated and executed effectively.

  • Communication: Ability to clearly articulate ideas, requirements, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Skilled in using data visualization tools to present complex information.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation and collaboration skills to work effectively with business and IT teams.
  • Interviewing & Listening: Expertise in conducting interviews and gathering requirements through various methods, including one-on-one sessions, group discussions, and shadowing.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead by example, foster a collaborative environment, and motivate teams toward common goals.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Capable of thinking outside the box to address complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while delivering high-quality results in a hybrid work environment.
