Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by leading QA processes, designing and executing tests, and working closely with cross-functional teams. You will leverage your expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Lean methodologies, as well as various testing techniques, to drive the success of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end QA process, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Conduct various types of testing (functional, regression, integration, UAT, performance) to ensure product quality.
• Utilize test automation tools like Selenium or QTP, and manage test cases and defects using tools like JIRA or TestRail.
• Review requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, and testable.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and leadership to define quality standards and expectations.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior QA engineers.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in QA or software testing roles.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean) and SDLC processes.
• Experience with IBM ACE, APPIGEE, and DataPower.
• Proficiency in test automation and test management tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Analytical problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
