About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Manufacturing to enhance its strategic and operational leadership in the production of pre-engineered metal structures. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing plans to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and capacity. This role involves managing budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize operations, as well as overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished products, while ensuring adherence to quality standards, production schedules, and cost objectives. The VP will also drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase production capacity. Applicants for the Vice President of Manufacturing position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years' experience in the manufacturing industry and at least 5 years' in a leadership role at the director level or higher. Experience in PEMB manufacturing is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will also have a strong background in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a similar advanced degree is a plus. The role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving operational excellence and a deep understanding of the manufacturing process.
