Manufacturing/ NetSuite Inventory Analyst Job at Eastridge in Naples

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce management solutions, committed to connecting skilled professionals with meaningful career opportunities. Our client, a company that produces healthy, high-protein snacks, primarily known for their meat snack sticks made from grass-fed beef, free-range turkey, and venison, is seeking a Manufacturing Analys with strong NetSuite and inventory Analysis experience to work on a 3-6 month contract assignment with the intent to convert to hire.

This role is 100% remote for those living in CA, FL, VT.

Responsibilities

• Create ASN documents into fulfillment WH at the lot level.
• Pull receipt reports from fulfillment WH and confirm quantities match and catch and correct discrepancies. Update actual data receipt date to populate NetSuite bulk upload report. Keep accurate logs, will need manual intervention into NetSuite.
• Must be very detail oriented.
• Pull NetSuite fulfillment reports, and review against errors vs what is to be shipped.
• Manually intervene in NetSuite to correct lot level detail quantities to match shipment/orders.
• Capture all errors and actions, escalate to inventory and fulfillment teams to take immediate action and write up details for escalation.

Qualifications

• Candidates need to be proficient in NetSuite and advanced Excel including pivot tables.
• Prior experience with inventory support, pulling shipment reports or packlists from warehouse or co-packer reporting.
