In this pivotal role, you will drive the development and execution of impactful people strategies that foster a vibrant work culture while overseeing comprehensive HR activities that support our rapid growth. You will be essential in attracting and retaining top talent in the fast-paced, high-performance environment of venture-backed tech startups. The Director of People & Talent will enhance our people-centric programs, engage in comprehensive organizational planning, and ensure adherence to all relevant policies and regulations. The ideal candidate should be meticulous yet agile, with a proven history of scaling organizations successfully and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced within our industry. To thrive in this role, you should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in people roles, specifically in high-performing, venture-backed tech startups. Your expertise will be vital in streamlining people operations, devising effective strategies for compensation and benefits, and nurturing a culture rooted in high performance and accountability.
