JOB REQUIREMENTS: Intern - Supply Chain Analyst 7930 N Faulkner Rd, Milwaukee, WI 53224, USA Req #975 Friday, November 1, 2024 Job Summary The Supply Chain Analyst Intern is responsible for contributing to the strategic planning of supply chain planning activities, reporting, optimization, data governance, and other process improvement activities. Essential Functions: Collect, cleanse, and prepare data from various sources, including ERP systems, spreadsheets, and external databases. Develop visually appealing and informative reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings effectively. Analyze supply chain master data to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve operational efficiency Engage with inventory control, procurement, and production teams to learn processes and data needs Analyze data to drive efficiencies using Microsoft Office tools, HaloBI, Python, and PowerBI Learn HellermannTyton NA\'s inventory planning process and help review and audit exceptions Gain experience in outbound, inbound, and analytical logistics Outings and networking events with interns across all departments Key Competencies Interpersonal skills, independent problem resolution, and leadership ability necessary to be effective across functions and levels Willingness to engage with teams with language and cultural barriers. Intermediate quantitative and analytical skills Intermediate computer skills: ERP, database, statistics applications, BI, coding, etc. Willingness to learn knowledge of MRP, Advanced Planning Systems, Business Intelligence tools, and Database Systems is required. Ability to communicate findings, make recommendations, and facilitate change.\" Qualifications (skills, knowledge, experience) Pursuing a bachelor\'s degree in a business, mathematics, engineering, or related field from an accredited college/university.
