Trauma Program Performance Improvement Coordinator

Description:RESPONSIBLE FOR:The Trauma Performance Improvement (PI) Coordinator, in collaboration with Trauma Acute Care Surgery (TACS) Leadership, is responsible for the Trauma Performance Improvement and Patient Safety (PIPS) program. The Trauma PI Coordinator works closely with the Trauma Medical Director, Trauma Program Manager and the Trauma Registrar(s) to assure PAR meets all trauma center requirements related to performance improvement.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:Graduate of a nursing program.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:2 years' experience in trauma/surgical nursing.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:BLS RequiredPALS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC preferred.
