Managing Art Director, Performance Marketing
to join the Pottery Barn Creative Services team. This role will lead creative development, design, and production across key digital performance marketing channels, with a focus on email, paid social, and display. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, concept, and direction of top-quality email and paid marketing campaigns. Apply strong expertise in email, paid social, and display channels to deliver compelling creative. Collaborate with the Sr. Art Director and editorial team to create visually impactful, on-brand creative that meets business goals and objectives. Mentor and coach Designers, offering constructive feedback and guidance for professional growth. Manage creative deliverables across internal milestones and those for freelancers/vendors, ensuring projects are completed on time. Present creative concepts and final executions to leadership and cross-functional teams. Help shape and evolve digital brand standards and templates to maintain consistency. Stay up-to-date with trends in email, social, and display marketing to drive innovation and ensure the brand stays ahead. Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging creative excellence in every project. Adapt email, social, and display workflows as business and creative needs evolve.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or Digital Design. 5+ years of experience in digital design, ideally within retail or lifestyle brands. 2+ years of experience managing and mentoring a team of designers. Proven track record of developing creative concepts and seeing them through to execution. Strong presentation and communication skills. Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Technical Competencies: Proficiency in Figma, After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and coding principles.
