Export Coordinator

Worldwide Logistics Ltd is looking for an experienced logistics coordinator with a US export background. Our export team coordinates air and ocean shipments around the world for clients in the US and our agent partners overseas. Logistics coordinators will work with internal sales/pricing staff, our curated list of vendors and offices across the globe in order to make each shipment a success. Responsibilities: Complete process of shipments Coordinating pick up and deliveries Arranging bookings with carriers and steamship lines Accurate and complete documentation preparation Compliance with timeliness of AES filings and other Customs regulations Maintain thorough communication with client and overseas offices throughout shipment process Requirements: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication with teammates, supervisor and clients Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Preferred Skills At least 2 years handling export shipments at a freight forwarder or NVO Familiarity with hazmat or TSA regulations Experience with triangle trade (foreign to foreign) shipments Experience with AMS and/or ISF filings Experience with CargoWise What you'll get in return Competitive base salary Medical, dental and vision insurance for employees 401K Program to help you invest in your future Flexible vacation time to promote a healthy work-life balance
