About the Role
Join our high-performing team as the Senior Vice President of Marketing, where you will lead a talented department responsible for all aspects of brand marketing, communications, media relations, web content, digital marketing, social media, and graphic design. You will play a crucial role in elevating our brand and driving grassroots fundraising, which constitutes a vital part of our operating budget.
As the Senior Vice President of Marketing, you will enhance our thought leadership and refine our marketing vision while building relationships with top CMOs, agencies, and media leaders to create compelling messaging that propels our mission forward. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about brand building, with a solid history of success in strategy and execution. Ideally, you will possess at least 15 years of experience in senior marketing or brand management, including a minimum of 10 years in team leadership.
You should have a robust background in multichannel marketing, especially digital, along with a thorough understanding of media relations in both proactive and rapid-response scenarios. This role demands an exceptional leader who can nurture a diverse team, manage external resources effectively, and collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders at all levels.
