Job Summary: HCA Florida North Florida Hospital is looking for a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join a thriving surgical practice.
Qualified Candidates: The incoming provider will handle a combination of outpatient and inpatient care. Outpatient duties include:
Managing presurgical evaluations and follow-ups. C onduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
Inpatient responsibilities involve rounding on patients independently or with the physician and managing consults. Works as a first assist in OR with physician. Candidate will work 1:1 with general surgeon in multiple settings. Incoming provider with have some call responsibilities. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
