Senior Project Manager / Transportation / Roadway Engineer (PE)

Responsibilities: Works closely with the Transportation Team Leader in the development and delivery of TxDOT transportation design projects Performs complex transportation engineering tasks and leads other professional staff in the development of transportation projects Manages other consultant teams and the workload of design staff including Engineers, EIT's, and technical staff that contribute to the growth and safety of Texas roadways Coordinate with clients and lead delivery of transportation planning project development. Manage personnel, budgets, schedules, sub consultants and client interaction. Work closely with the region's transportation director and transportation practice leader in business development activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree Professional Engineer (PE) License in Texas Experience in civil, public works or transportation project production Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) project experience in design and/or project management A person of high character with a focus on quality, integrity and success Embrace a positive attitude with a people focused, collaborative mindset Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to lead a project and supervise technical staff on roadway design projects is required for Project Managers
