Position Overview: The Senior Marketing Manager, LT Shop, will play a central role in managing marketing efforts to drive revenue, improve customer engagement, and establish LT Shop as the go-to destination for wellness and lifestyle products. As a generalist, this role will oversee end-to-end campaign management, reporting, and cross-departmental coordination. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role collaborates with teams across Digital Marketing, Product Development, Merchandising, E-Commerce and LTH teams to support aligned retail and promotional goals. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management & Execution:

Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and in-app, to drive LT Shop’s brand presence and revenue. Manage the campaign calendar to ensure timely launches, seasonal alignment, and integration with broader Life Time initiatives. Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging assets that resonate with target audiences and reflect LT Shop’s brand values.

Analytics & Reporting:

Develop and oversee reporting structures to track performance across all marketing channels, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve engagement. Work with analytics and technology teams to build dashboards that capture key metrics, such as user engagement, conversion rates, and ROI for campaigns. Analyze data to refine strategies, enhance the customer journey, and maximize return on marketing investments.

Product & Merchandising Support:

Partner with the product and merchandising teams to support product launches, spotlight seasonal collections, and align marketing efforts with inventory planning. Help develop strategies that showcase LT Shop’s diverse product offerings, from wellness to fitness, ensuring alignment with Life Time’s brand promise of health and happiness. Contribute to category management, helping guide the audience to best-in-class products for various activities, such as pickleball, yoga, and recovery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Coordinate with LTH marketing to integrate relevant LTH products into LT Shop campaigns and promotions. Collaborate with Digital Marketing to ensure LT Shop visibility across all digital channels, optimizing for maximum reach and engagement. Work with the LT Digital app team to enhance in-app shopping engagement, tracking navigation and user drop-off points to improve the user experience.

Budget Management:

Manage the LT Shop marketing budget, focusing on efficient allocation of resources to meet revenue and engagement goals. Provide regular budget updates, tracking spend against forecasts and making adjustments as needed to align with top-performing strategies.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on retail or e-commerce, preferably within wellness or lifestyle brands. Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, data analysis, and campaign management. Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance, with a focus on driving engagement and revenue growth. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
