This north Florida health system is seeking experienced, board-certified otolaryngologists to help launch a premier ENT practice in Ocala, Florida.

Qualified Candidates: Build a successful ENT practice with full support from the hospital and the Physician Services Group Practice can focus on general ENT Adult only in the hospital setting Must be comfortable with traumatic ear nose and throat procedures; including but not limited to:
repair to external ears assisting in complex facial trauma with ophthalmologists, neurosurgeons and / or plastic surgeons laryngotracheal injuries
If interested, ability to collaborate with neurosurgeons on skull-based tumor work. Share on-call responsibilities Integrate into a larger network of employed physicians, including primary care and specialists in the community Leverage a strong existing referral network Teaching opportunities available, if interested Board eligibility or board certification required Preferred candidates will have relevant experience Incentive/Benefits Package: Employed position through the Physician Services Group Competitive salary with wRVU capabilities Comprehensive and flexible benefits package Paid time off (PTO) and continuing medical education (CME) allowance Occurrence-based malpractice insurance Strong support system
