My client, a prominent commercial contractor known for delivering high-quality projects across diverse sectors, is seeking an experienced Project Executive to join their team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role will oversee large-scale commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards for quality, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple commercial construction projects, guiding all phases from preconstruction to project close-out.
• Work closely with clients, architects, and internal teams to ensure project objectives, schedules, and budgets are achieved.
• Develop and execute strategic project plans that enhance performance, ensure quality, and minimize risks.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers, fostering a collaborative, results-driven team environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards, maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence in construction.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a proven track record in a project executive or senior project management role.
• In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
