Accounts Receivable Analyst About the Company and Opportunity- Accounts Receivable Analyst CFS, NY is working with a large apparel firm seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their team. Role Responsibilities include- Accounts Receivable Analyst

Review retailer deductions, credits, payments and invoice information and reconcile open items

Obtain supporting documentation and accurately update division and type/reason codes for proper representation of receivables in the general ledger

Collect outstanding invoices and unauthorized or excessive deductions

Properly assign deductions for accurate recording in the reserve accounts on the general ledger.

Negotiate exemptions with retailers

Interpret shipping documents (POD for terms/reconciliation of liability for missing goods)

Preferred Experience - Accounts Receivable Analyst

3+ years of AR/related experience

Proficient in excel

High volume chargeback experience

Big box store experience is a plus

BA Degree is a plus
