Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Support budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Monitor expenses and provide variance analysis to management.

Qualifications for the Accountant:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
