What the FP&A Manager will do:
The FP&A Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day financial tasks
Work closely with the leadership team to formulate long-term and strategic plan
The FP&A Manager will work with different departments to help build annual budgets and forecasts
Deliver competitor analysis, market trends, and associated commentary to leadership team
The FP&A Manager will prepare business cases to support new investment, strategic or other business decisions
Provide insight to leadership around financial modeling, forecasts and profitability
What the company needs in an FP&A Manager:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of analytical experience: restaurant/hospitality experience preferred
Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision, excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to handle multiple projects at one time
