Alternating 8HR Shifts: 07:00-15:30 or 10:30-19:00
Start Dates: 12/2, 12/9, 12/16 Local Rate within 60 Miles: See AM Certs Req: BLS, State licensed Skills Req: Acute Care, Outpatient Clinic, Rehabilitation Hospital, Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Body Mechanics, Cervicalgia, Low back pain, Post op cervical surgery, Post op shoulder repair, Post op spinal surgery, Spinal Conditions, Total hip and knee replacement, Cognitive disorders, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular dystrophy, Parkinson’s disease, Post Stroke Rehabilitation, Spinal cord injury, Traumatic Brain injury, Home Exercise Program, Patient family education Patient Diagnoses: CVA, Amputee, TBI, Parkinsons, MSK pain, Post op cases including TKA, RCR, arthroscopic sx, fusion Special Equiptment: Alter G, Parallel bars, Squat rack, Game Ready, Estim, Low Mat table This facility requires that all employees have the Flu vaccine* Unit:
