Position Responsibilities -Areas of responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.

Assists Warehouse leadership to maximize production output through proactive review of stock shortages and communicates where needed. Maintains Warehouse standards while adhering to Quality Policy and Objectives. Communicates stock availability with Customer Service. Daily review of stock levels as it pertains to open sales orders. Engages with all warehouse associates in a respectful manner building team morale to drive productivity and quality standards. Prioritizes workload to ensure stock availability for future and pending orders are known and communicated where necessary. Works with inventory team to manage inventory discrepancies found until a resolution is made. Responsible for collecting data to create daily and weekly Reports. Proficient in basic computer skills. Perform other duties as needed. Qualifications:

5 years of warehouse, inventory, or supply chain experience preferred. Self-motivated with ability to work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Proficient in Microsoft Excel Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior experience in food environment a plus. Bilingual - English/Spanish beneficial. Experience working with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) preferred. Experience with quality and hygiene requirements common in food manufacturing preferred. Must demonstrate strong, organizational, and scheduling ability. Must be able to work in a team environment. Must have a positive attitude. Must have good written and oral communication skills. Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure. Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Flexible availability: Saturday work if overtime needed. Work Environment:

Warehouse is a fast-paced environment where speed and efficiency are prioritized.
