Responsibilities:

    • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to enhance sales collateral and promotional materials.
  4. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
    • Mentor and coach junior sales staff, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance.
    • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes excellence and innovation.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in sales within the consulting services industry, with at least 7 years of experience in a sales role.
  • Strong network of contacts and relationships within relevant industries, particularly among small and mid-sized businesses.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex sales cycles and close high-value deals.
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
