Shift : Nights / 7p-7:30a, 12x3, 36 hrs per week
Length : 13 weeks

EOW --- 6 weekends (both Sat/Sun) in 13-week contract Requirements :
NC License 2 years experience BLS ACLS SICU experience preferred ECMO, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump, Sheath Removal, Transcatheter Aortic Valve implantation Replacement (TAVI TAVR) preferred IV Insulin protocols, Chronic Acute Renal failure perferred Other Details: Local Radius: 50 miles No Locals accepted COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 3x12s, Nights, 7p-730a

Holidays as needed Minimum 2 years experience required. FIRST TIME TRAVELERS - OK! *BLS, ACLS required
*SICU exp preferred
*Interpretiaton and Mgmt of Dysrhythmias, Multi system organ failure.
*Post Cardiac Surgery (directly from the OR), Post Cardiac Surgery (Not directly from the OR), Pre Post Cardiac Cath intervention, Pulmonary Artery Line Swan Ganz monitoring
*ECMO, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump, Sheath Removal, Transcatheter Aortic Valve implantation Replacement (TAVI TAVR) preferred.
*IV Insulin protocols, Chronic Acute Renal failure perferred
*CVVHA CRRT required
*Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care & management, PICC line mgmt, startiving IVs.
*Continuous IV sedation, Titrate Cardiac and Vasoactive drips
*Assist with management of BiPAP and CPAP, Assist with Chest Tube Insertion and Removal, Care of Ventilated Patient, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of ABGs, Suctioning (ETT, NT), Ventilator Management Medical Surgical Cardiac ICU patients: MI, CHF, cardiac surgeries, post cardiac cath, LVAD, Impella, IABP, Arctic Sun, renal failure CRRT, respiratory failure, sepsis. Open heart surgical patients, AAA repair, Vascular surgeries, ECMO. Unit: MHC - 2H-CVICU Cardiac ICU - 10107 - 30 - 30
