OVERVIEW OF THE AP/AR SPECIALIST ROLE:
Process vendor invoices accurately and timely for payment.
Ensure proper approval, coding, and documentation for all payments.
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies or issues.
Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue account.
The Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Specialist will prepare and deposit daily cash receipts.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE AP/AR SPECIALIST:
Proven experience as an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.
Proficiency in accounting software.
Salary $41,600 - $52,000 depending on experienceThis role is fully onsite
