Senior Financial Analyst Columbus, OHDirect Hire | HybridOur client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. This key role will involve assisting and managing the reporting of financial results, budgeting, and forecasting for a designated group of customers, businesses, and departments. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, complete financial month-end activities, and provide critical financial insights to support strategic decision-making, including evaluating trends, risks, and recommending solutions to maximize cost savings and profitability.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial reports, identifying key trends and risks
Assist in budgeting and forecasting, monitoring performance for a designated group
Reconcile financial data and support audit activities
Collaborate with operations to provide financial insights and optimize performance
Conduct in-depth analysis of customer profitability and business scenarios
Develop and maintain financial models for strategic decision-making
Communicate financial findings clearly to stakeholders
Evaluate financial impact of customer requests and contracts
Drive efficiency initiatives and cost-saving opportunities
Participate in month-end financial activities
Support cross-functional teams with financial expertise
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
5+ years of financial, cost accounting, and/or analytical experience
Experience in healthcare financial management strongly preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work with highly experienced professional staff
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000#LI-AE6 #LI-HYBRID#INNOV2024
