Landfill Assistant District Manager

A waste management company is looking for a Landfill Assistant District Manager to join their team in multiple locations - Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Minneapolis, MN; Omaha, NE; St. Louis, MO; Wichita, KS and OKC, OK.
This individual will be responsible for overseeing landfill operators at their location, make decisions autonomously, ensure KPIs are being met, oversee the P&L of the site, identify issues and providing solutions and ensuring the safety of the facility and employees.
This is a permanent, on site 5 days a week position with a base salary of $90-115k with a 20% bonus eligibility between stock and cash.

Required Skills & Experience - 3-5 years of management experience - Has obtained Bachelor's degree or higher - Knowledge and exposure to OSHA, DOT and EPA regulations - Ability to work autonomously and make decisions as needed for their landfill
Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Waste industry experience - OSHA, DOT or EPA certification - Environmental Engineer degree or experience
