About job:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about events and eager to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of event coordination. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning and execution of various events ranging from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and social events.
Salary Range:
$22.00 - $32.00 per hour

Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing events from start to finish. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure seamless event logistics. Support the event registration process and manage attendee communications. Help create event materials, including invitations, programs, and signage. Assist with on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown. Maintain event budgets and track expenses during the planning process. Conduct post-event evaluations and assist in compiling feedback for future improvements. Requirements A bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design software. A positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced team members. Previous internship or volunteer experience in event planning is a plus but not required. Bonus Points:
