A health services network in Orange County is currently seeking an experienced, licensed Advanced Endoscopy Gastroenterologist to join their team.

Monday to Friday standard business hours Call Schedule:
Rotated call Responsibilities: The Advanced Endo Gastroenterologist will: Evaluate patients with digestive system symptoms, such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, and rectal bleeding Perform physical exams, review medical history, and order diagnostic tests, such as blood work, imaging studies, or endoscopic procedures, to diagnose gastrointestinal disorders Develop treatment plans based on the patient's diagnosis and severity of the condition Prescribe medication, lifestyle changes, or recommend surgical interventions, such as endoscopic procedures or abdominal surgeries, to manage the patient's symptoms and improve their quality of life Monitor the progress of their patients and adjust treatment plans, as needed Provide follow-up care, such as surveillance colonoscopies, to prevent disease recurrence or detect new conditions Educate patients about their condition, treatment options, and ways to prevent future digestive system problems Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of New York Board Eligible / Certified in Advanced Endoscopy Gastroenterology Your privacy is important to us.
