A day in the life.
As our Technical Platform Manager (TPM) on the Platform Services team, your key responsibilities are people and constant improvement. The technical challenges include monitoring system availability, managing incident responses, overseeing change management processes, planning system upgrades, and facilitating team communication. The TPM will support a range of functions, including the Insurance Agency Management application suite, compliance, and major incident management.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: •
A minimum of 10 years of IT experience , including at least 5 years in a management role focused on the Vertafore suite of products, particularly Sagitta, ImageRight, and Benefit Point •
Project Management Skills:
Proven experience in managing projects, including planning for system upgrades and overseeing change management processes. • Analytical Skills:
Ability to conduct assessments of system uptime and performance metrics, as well as monitor for unusual behavior and implement appropriate responses. • Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate team check-ins, daily standups, and to effectively document and communicate changes. •
Incident Management Experience:
Familiarity with incident response management, including establishing protocols for investigating unusual activity and tracking incidents to identify trends. • Collaboration and Teamwork:
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accountability on open initiatives. • Leadership Aptitude:
Oversee a team of experienced technical resources. A willingness to develop skills and knowledge for future senior leadership opportunities • Adaptability:
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements while maintaining focus on strategic initiatives.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $95,130 to $166,425. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
