Position: IT Desktop Support Technician (Level 1 & 2)
Our client: Confidential prestige law firm
Location: New York, NY 10022
Salary: $79,040.00 per year
Schedule: 10 am - 7 pm, Monday - Friday

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Desktop Support Technician (Level 1 & 2) with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to our staff, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 & 2 support for desktop hardware and software issues. Troubleshoot systems with limited supervision. Maintain detailed tickets in IT request ticketing system On-Site, in-person and remote troubleshooting over phone, email, shared desktop. Strong experience supporting Windows 7/10 and Mac OS X (desktops and laptops). Support Apple mobile devices (iPhones and iPads). Experience with Mobile Device Management software. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Slack and Zoom UCaaS. Troubleshoot basic network connection issues. Basic experience with Active Directory/Email account and permission administration. Able to modify folder level permissions and hyperlink folders for users Familiar with imaging desktops using SCCM. Ability to setup Dell Win 10 Laptops/iPads/iPhones for users and troubleshoot as well. Experience supporting Citrix and VPN (Zscaler) environments. Workstation and peripheral maintenance/software updates and support. Provide technical support in setting up audio and video teleconference meetings. Document Management System and iManage experience a plus. Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT desktop support. in a LAW FIRM Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems. Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and other common enterprise applications. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
