Our client, a top teaching hospital in New York City, is hiring a
Infectious Disease Physician. Job Responsibilities: Join an ambulatory services program that is nationally recognized for excellence in primary HIV Care, and includes a growing prevention program with an emphasis on Sexual Health and HIV PEP and PrEP. Be on the forefront of the management of viral hepatitis, general infectious diseases, tuberculosis, and a host of tropical infections. Participate in the education of Infectious Disease Fellows, as well as residents and medical students. Potential leadership opportunities for qualified candidates in outpatient management and training program leadership. Job Requirements: MD degree Board certified/board eligible in Infectious Diseases Valid New York State License DEA Medicaid number Job Perks: Great opportunities for academic growth Substantial grant funding which helps support development of innovative programing and research.
