you will be the "go-to" when our Branch Managers need support. You will be a key player in contributing to increased employee engagement, promoting positive culture while fueling business results.

This role would include 40-50% travel to our locations in Chicago, Omaha, Indianapolis, Wichita, Kansas City and Novi, MI. (Temporary to Permanent Relocation may be required).

We are looking for...

3-5 years of related experience. Energetic, high performing skill set, experience with fast-paced Retail and / or Operational Management. Valid driver's license and a good driving record. Ability to obtain a US passport. Essential Functions When Replacing a Branch Leader : Oversee sales growth and profitable operations for the branch Participate in developing and updating the branch's marketing plan Recruit, hire, train, and manage branch staff (sales, installation, administration) Ensure successful completion of installations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Meet or exceed sales and installation projections Manage inventory, equipment, and vehicle maintenance, ensuring compliance with state and insurance requirements Monitor reports and initiate necessary action plans Ensure adherence to Bath Fitter policies, procedures, and safety protocols Attend and participate in branch or regional meetings and training sessions
