End User Support Technician

Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently looking for an End User Support Technician to join our team.
REQUIREMENTS
21 years of age or older Must be able to work all shifts, including night shifts, REQUIRED Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, and in person, troubleshooting software and hardware issues Previous work experience installing and troubleshooting common business software and hardware, i.e., Microsoft Office: 2003, 7, and 10; Adobe Acrobat, Symantec Antivirus, Internet Explorer, Active Directory, etc. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, scanners, and other end-user devices Basic understanding of Apple products and software is highly desired Respond to and resolve IT service desk tickets within established timeframes Superior customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Ability to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards is
REQUIRED Ability to lift 40 lbs. is
REQUIRED Reliable transportation is
REQUIRED Capable of working in a fast-paced environment Ability to walk distances from issue to issue PREFERRED
