Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented

Database Administrator

to join our team in the Annapolis Junction, Maryland. This position is part of a team that provides engineering and Information Technology services to provision, manage, sustain, innovate, modernize, refresh, reengineer, and secure the Nuclear Command and Control (NC2) and Non-NC2 cryptographic production infrastructure.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience or in lieu of degree, 9 years of relevant experience Experience in maintaining the integrity, security and availability of database(s) Experience in administering, maintaining, and implementing policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the database Experience organizing and formatting data for efficient query and storage processes. Experience establishing and maintaining database user accounts Experience performing disaster recovery, performance analysis and tuning, index maintenance, and monitoring of data Experience in the development of policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the database(s) Experience evaluating requirements and recommends available DBMS products Experience performing database and software life-cycle activities ensuring highest level of system performance and availability Experience providing server administration with a variety of database products which could include Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres, and SYBASE Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Oracle, Postgres, or SYBASE Security Clearance Requirements:

Current and active TS/SCI with polygraph based upon a SSBI

The projected compensation range for this position is $102,700.00-$170,800.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
