We are Now Hiring Order Pullers for a Warehouse located in Kilgore, TX.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Hourly Pay: $16.70
Facility: Air Conditioned
Must be able to pass a nation wide background check.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently pull and fill orders according to customer requirements and quality standards. Utilize provided picking lists to accurately select products from inventory. Organize and package selected items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.. Report any inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or equipment malfunctions promptly. Follow established procedures for quality control and accuracy in order fulfillment. Qualifications:
3 years of recent warehouse experience is essential for success in this role. Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment procedures. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards. Strong organizational skills and the capability to prioritize tasks effectively. Clear communication skills, both verbal and written. Comfortable with physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. No history of felony convictions to meet our hiring criteria. Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
