Minimum of 5-12 years of progressive experience in land development, water resources, and/or utility design projects. Modeling and design of stormwater management for municipalities and other entities in Virginia is preferred. Registered PE (Civil) in the state of Virginia (or the ability to obtain within 3 months)Recent experience with the design of sustainable green infrastructure, including subsurface storage and infiltration, bioretention basins, bioswales, green streets, and constructed wetlands. Assist the Project Manager in multi-disciplined projects in the preparation of construction drawings, details, specifications, calculations, and engineers estimate of probable construction costs. Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills. Effective time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. A valid driver’s licensePreferred AttributesExperience with VDOT Standards a plus.
