YOUR ROLE:
To effectively promote and implement innovative and robust strategies to attract and retain quality candidates for all positions within The Manor at Blue Water Bay. Develop and execute recruiting plan utilizing a variety of venues for recruitment and research new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Maintain and monitor recruitment sites to ensure accuracy and provide supervisors with appropriate candidates. Review applicant qualifications to evaluate if they meet position requirements. Maintain all pertinent applicant data. Assist with the onboarding of new hires. Attend job fairs and other activities for recruiting and agency recognition. Specific selection process accountability to include but not limited to screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, administering selection tools, and guiding candidates through the selection process Review resumes, schedule and conduct initial interviews Effectively communicate with candidates and oversee the entire selection process from start to finish Coordinate daily/weekly recruiting activity to leadership team Create, coordinate and maintain retention plans and activities Oversee the Employee of the Month (ROM) program Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral forms. Requires the ability to speak before groups of people with poise, voice control and confidence. QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent training and/or experience Experience in Human Resources considered a plus. Recruiting experience considered a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, problem solving and organizational skills. Proficient in utilizing social media platforms for recruitment purposes. BENEFITS:
