Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon with Spine training to join their team. The award-winning hospital is in a thriving, family friendly community, just a short drive from St. Louis, Indianapolis, and Chicago. Practice Overview: Employed by locally owned not for profit hospital - 130 bed facility providing care to 8 counties Physician retention rates average 12 years across all specialties Join 4 General Orthos Strong referral base, including Family Sports Medicine - 40 percent of referrals go straight to surgery State of the art facilities - O-Arm, Airo CT - Will support additional equipment as needed Broad scope of care - Multi level infusions, etc. 2 clinic days, 2 OR days 1:5 call - Not a trauma center Compensation: 850K base salary Additional earning through production and quality bonuses 60K retention bonus (20K per year over 3 years) 75K sign on Hospital funded pension plan:

Hospital contributes $42,500 per year (5 percent) for years 1-5 Hospital contributes $85,000 per year (10 percent), ongoing, after year 6
