Farris Jeep Ram Chrysler Dodge is adding an automotive Finance Manager to our team!
Job Responsibilities:
Sell products. You will be responsible for presenting backend products on all deals and ensuring customers have a full understanding of our dealership's offerings to protect their investment Sell vehicles. You will partner with the Sales Manager to run a high performing sales department. This includes assisting in lead conversion, sales staff training, and customer TO's Ensure deals and dealership are compliant with all regulatory requirements Work with lenders and the office to get deals funded Be an example of professional morals and ethics. We do things the right way. If your previous success in this business has come from being unethical, we are not the fit for you.
Job Requirements: Automotive Finance Manager candidates must have proven experience as either a Sales Manager, Finance Manager, or Floor Manager.
This is not a finance job where you will sit in your office all day waiting on deals, you must be able to assist the Sales Manager in running the department and increasing total departmental gross profit and volume Previous management experience is required Used car and lead conversion experience a huge plus Exceptional sales skills are a must Exceptional leadership skills are a must Must have a valid U.S. driver's license
