Bennett Thrasher is seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Level 2 IT Technician
to join our Denver office. This role is crucial as the candidate will be the sole support person for our Denver office, providing advanced desktop, Active Directory, and Office 365 support. The ideal candidate will also offer remote support to our Atlanta and Denver offices.
Responsibilities:
Provide Level 2 desktop and conference room support for end-users in the Denver office. This includes but is not limited to imaging machines, daily break fix, conference room troubleshooting and hardware firmware updates. Manage and maintain Active Directory, including user accounts, permissions, and security settings. Support and troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Office 365 and Tax and Audit programs. Provide advanced remote support to both Denver and Atlanta associates. Perform basic network troubleshooting and support tasks in Denver office. Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system. Collaborate with IT team members and other departments to ensure seamless IT operations. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices. Qualifications:
5 years of experience in desktop support, Active Directory, and Office 365. Experience working in a corporate environment, supporting 100+ people. Basic knowledge of networking. Proven ability to provide advanced technical support remotely. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as the sole IT support in the Denver office. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Relevant certifications (e.g., MS900, MD102, AZ900, Net+, Sec+) are a plus.
The salary range for this position in Denver, CO only is between $60K - $70K.
