Hours: Monday - Friday, cases run from 7:00am - 3:30pm, Night call available 3:30pm - 7:00am, Weekend 24-hour call available 7am - 7pm
Details: Team of two board-certified anesthesiologists and 5 CRNAs currently (needs 1 more FTE provider) Anesthesiologists provide medical direction; surgeons provide supervision when CRNAs are first call Must be within a 30-minute response time while on call and most take call from home Hospital licensed for 108 beds with five OR suites and a separate C-section suite, two Endoscopy suites EMR - Meditech; OR charting is paper 3200 OR cases per year.
26% inpatient cases; 74% outpatient cases General surgery, OB/GYN, ENT, orthopedics, urology and endoscopy Healthy peds ENT - ear tubes, tonsils, frenulectomies "Bread and butter" anesthesia Most cases finished by 3 pm Comfortability with Epidurals needed Regionals a PLUS but not required No Heads or Hearts
480 deliveries per year.
34% C/S rate; 22% primary C/S 62% of patients choose to have epidurals
Expertise with ultrasound-guided techniques preferred
Credentials: Active Missouri license. Compensation and Benefits: Travel, Housing and Medical Malpractice provided.
