For more information about a career with us, please watch the video below: Career in Blood video Responsibilities: Responsible for development and maintenance of participant marketing and recruitment capabilities for NYBCe research efforts. Creates recruitment plans for NYBCe program partnerships and research efforts which identify strategies for recruiting and retaining participants meeting protocol inclusion/exclusion criteria and diversity targets. Identifies and implements new methods for participant recruitment using available tools and processes. Coordinates the implementation of recruitment campaigns, including publication of advertisements in various media. Maintains accuracy, accessibility, and confidentiality of participant records. Implements participant communications including emails, text messages, and mailings. Assists with management of participant phone calls and donor site visits. Responsible for the collection and documentation of electronic and written data. Implements recruitment and educational documents for participant use as appropriate. Demonstrates positive attitude to the participant population to build trust in clinical research. Plans and attends community outreach events, including evaluating appropriate venues for potential target populations. Assists in development and maintenance of social media presence. Responsible for the successful recruitment of participants on a weekly basis, with incremental increase. Qualifications: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. Degree in health-related field or marketing/communications is preferred. 1-2 years experience with recruitment. Preferably for general sales or healthcare industry. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. Excellent communication and people skills; comfortable speaking on the telephone. Ability to manage multiple projects, involving both time management and organization. Knowledge:

Proven track record in planning, prioritizing, and organizing work to maximize team performance. Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook. Computer desktop applications and computer software systems. Skills: Highly organized and self-motivated. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to create and maintain collaborative work relationships at all levels within and outside the organization. Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Demonstrate strong organizational and management skills to manage and prioritize assignments. Resourceful and able to problem solve and identify multiple solutions, especially under narrow parameters, tight timelines, or budget constraints. Collaborates well with team Abilities: Strong data management, organizational and analytical skills. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and respond to urgent requests. Resolve problems and customer concerns. Maintain composure under pressure. Work in a team environment or independently. Use logic and reasoning to identify and analyze alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems within established policies and procedures. Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm The hiring range for the Research Coordinator is $20-$25 per hour. Offers made to an individual candidate will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, and job-related education.
