Sr. Java Developer Mandatory Skills - 7+ years in Java/J2EE web development - Proficiency in front-end technologies (Angular, Spring MVC) - Hands-on expertise with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, or ORM frameworks - Experience with SOAP/REST Web Services and MQ technologies - Strong grasp of front-end, middle-tier, and backend technologies - Expertise with Tomcat servers and deployment processes - Experience with Docker and Kubernetes environments - Exposure to AWS services (S3, Lambda, CloudFront, EKS, RDS, etc.) - Familiarity with Agile methodologies - Use of version control tools like Git - Ability to mentor, delegate, and provide technical leadership - Experience with unit, system, and stress testing - Strong focus on minimizing production issues and meeting SLAs - Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts - Experience in mentoring junior developers - Capable of troubleshooting production issues independently
