Shift Details: 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
Pay: $17.50/hr. 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM.
Pay: $19.25/hr. Job Purpose:
As a Warehouse Associate, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate picking, packing, and shipping of high-quality products. Under the supervision of the Warehouse Team Leader, your efforts will be key to maintaining our commitment to quality and efficiency, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Regularly coordinate with the Team Leader to receive and clarify daily work assignments, ensuring clear understanding and execution of deliverables. Carefully manage inventory to meet production targets efficiently, avoiding surplus and shortages. Skillfully load products onto skids following standardized procedures, preparing them for shipping or staging with precision. Execute detailed tagging and labeling operations, ensuring products are ready for the next step in the distribution process. Engage in special projects as needed, contributing to team efforts and adhering to project timelines. Manage and maintain all necessary documentation, records, and paperwork, ensuring full compliance with company and regulatory standards. Maintain the highest standards of workplace safety and cleanliness, following all safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements. Qualifications:
Experience or certification in forklift operation is highly desirable. Previous experience working in a warehouse or fulfillment center is required. Candidates should be familiar with warehouse operations, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of effective teamwork. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, comprehend routine documentation, and engage in basic communication within the organization. Capable of handling both structured and unstructured challenges with effective solutions. Must be physically able to stand, walk, and manually handle materials up to 50 pounds during the workday.
