Overview
The Staffing Administrator's role is vital in providing administrative staffing support to the venue. This position involves a variety of tasks,maintaining team organization through effective staff scheduling and assignment tracking. The Staffing Administrator ensures operational efficiency by serving as a central point of coordination, enabling departments to function cohesively and effectively.
In addition, the Staffing Administrator coordinates and schedules non-profit organizations (NPOs) participating in events, maintaining accurate records for both NPOs and employees. This role also involves collaborating with temporary staffing agencies to meet event staffing needs and ensuring smooth communication with department heads regarding staffing requirements and upcoming schedules. Furthermore, the Staffing Administrator provides guidance to team members on navigating systems like MyADP and staffing software, ensuring all employees have the tools and resources needed to succeed in their roles.
This role pays an hourly wage of $20.

Responsibilities Conducts all communications to Non-Profit Organizations Responsible for the creation and distribution of Non-Profit Organization schedules and assignments Responsible for checking in all Non-Profit Organization volunteers on game days Maintains check-in procedures for all part-time staff and Non-Profit Organization volunteers Updates staff, volunteers and departments with game day information regarding parking, check-in and credentials Filing maintenance: maintain files; ensuring compliancy and accuracy in files Relaying anyHR, employee relations, safety, policy or procedural concerns, and any situation that may result in disciplinary action, to appropriate management in a timely and responsible manner Qualifications
High School graduate or equivalent Minimum 1 years of business, general office, and/or accounting experience Knowledge and skill in using computer software, including MS Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Outlook Ability to adhere to a high level of attention to detail Ability to maintain open, direct, positive, and objective lines of communication with management Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks calmly, professionally, and with flexibility Strong verbal and written skills; ability to communicate in a professional, knowledgeable, and courteous manner with employees,vendors. Ability to be self-directed in a team-oriented environment Ability to work evenings and weekends, if necessary, as required in an event-driven environment Ability to work overtime hours, if necessary Ability to adhere to highest standards of confidentiality and discretion in all proprietary business, financial, and employee matters
