Serves as the primary technical and functional Kinaxis RapidResponse point of contact for the organization. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between RapidResponse and internal and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and enabling efficient collaboration across disparate platforms. What you'll be doing/
Key Responsibilities: Develops data models and data mapping supporting moving data between RapidResponse and the ERP system for use in the supply chain planning process Collaborates with business users at all levels to gather requirements, design solutions, and develop integrations utilizing error handling, messaging queuing, and clear documentation Leads optimization and updates of the Kinaxis ERP system across all functions Provides creative solutions to complex business problems while maintaining best practices and incorporating testing, internal controls, and change management Maintains a deep understanding of the Kinaxis system, its capabilities, and potential for customization; conducts thorough necessary testing and troubleshooting to ensure the system is functioning efficiently and effectively Creates interface designs, mapping documents, test scripts, and manages and resolves daily troubleshooting of incidents associated with integrations Continuously monitors and evaluates the performance of the Kinaxis system and makes recommendations for improvements and optimizations; ensures completion Proactively identifies and mitigates risks related to the Kinaxis system Maintains documentation and standard operating procedures related to the Kinaxis system May build integrations between other SaaS applications across the enterprise, as needed Collaborates with Audit & Risk Management function to identify business risks, and develop and implement preventive strategies for functional area Holds oneself and others accountable to conduct business in a manner compliant with Bioventus' Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies and procedures and internal controls applicable to their role Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements:
Education and Experience (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline OR equivalent level experience required. Minimum 6 years technology experience, including 5 years in Supply Chain Planning Minimum of 3 years of experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse Tools as Integration Specialist or Consultant Experience or exposure in overseeing the linking of cross-functional databases between disparate business units and systems and utilizing middleware to build integrations tying systems together. Experience or exposure with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping and methodology development, and data mapping. Knowledge of data integration architectures, including protocols such as SOAP, REST, XML, JSON and FTP with experience in 1 or more programming languages (Java, JavaScript, etc.) Proficiency with T-SQL and related technologies, including MS SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), development of scripted solutions and stored procedures Deep understanding and execution of the supply chain and demand planning process along with integration experience interfacing with an ERP system Expertise integrating Rapid Response with host ERP systems for Inbound and Outbound Interfaces, workflows, query development, preparations of detailed functional specifications Strong communication skills as well as a positive customer-centric attitude. Ability to plan and manage projects, deliver on time, and meet expectations along with a genuine passion for application integration Highly preferred Boomi (or other middleware), SAP S/4HANA, SQL Familiarity and exposure with ETL and Messaging Applications highly desired.
