ManTech is seeking an Assistant Game Director in support of a government contract for wargaming in Quantico, Va.
The assistant game director serves as the game directors principal administrative deputy who is responsible for assisting in organizing and supervising the team and synchronizing, scheduling, and successfully accomplishing all game project tasks. Interfaces and coordinates with branch and division leader, the game sponsor, and the game team. Ensures all project milestones are established and completed on time. Understands the basics of game design and works with the game team to develop wargames.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develops program objectives and milestones for each project and ensures that the project keeps to schedule. Coordinates with various stakeholders both internal and external to synchronize efforts and to inform all participants on project status and deliverables. Lead for the execution of wargaming events to include participant registration, game venue selection, coordination with security, and physical layout of the event. Fills in for game director when required. Minimum Qualifications:
5 years of professional work experience with BA/BS Ability to work in collaborative team/staff environments Strong interpersonal skills Knowledge of military affairs and/or foreign policy MS Office, especially ability to build professional PowerPoint presentations Preferred Qualifications:
BA in International Relations, Security Studies, Strategic Studies, Public Policy, or related fields. TS/SCI Clearance Understanding of the wargaming as means of decision-making analysis Clearance Requirements

Current DOD Secret clearance, with ability to acquire TS/SCI Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
