Position Title : Customer Technical Support Specialist III
Clearance : Secret
Location:
408 Coast Guard Drive, Kearneysville, WV
Core Hours 9:00am to 3:00pm, 5 Days a week / Flexible/Hybrid in future
Responsibilities
Testing Windows Workstation images and applications
Imaging Windows Workstations and Laptop
Workstation and Laptop setup/unboxing/boxing/asset tagging/preparing for shipping
Accurately documenting and classifying client requests and incidents
Provide "on-site" support, as needed or required
Responsible for troubleshooting of supported services
Perform daily shift driven tasks assigned by the Manager
Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of Windows Operating System
Excellent verbal and written skills
High School Diploma
4 years of help desk experience
Security +
Application installation and testing in Windows is a must
