We are bringing onboard a (Robotics) Technical Project Manager (TPM) who will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within our robotics development lifecycle. As the Robotics TPM you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, strategic program management, and the ability to drive efficiency in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

The role is located in Atlanta, where you will interact and engage directly with our autonomous airside vehicle and our onsite engineering and operations team. Your role will be pivotal in (1) ensuring the onsite engineering teams are operating at maximum effectiveness and efficiency, while taking into account our internal and external customer needs, and in (2) developing engineering development plans, accompanied with deliverables, milestones, and resource needs for the engineering's global operation.

The role offers the unique opportunity to work very closely with our system and experience it in real-world operation, as well as to help the development of a market-defining enterprise product that combines autonomous vehicle technology with a robotics-as-a-service (RaaS) business model.

This role will work closely with our VP of Engineering, our Engineering Leads, and our Operations Leads.

What You'll Do Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of technical projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and milestones. Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans. Implement and manage critical prioritization frameworks to allocate resources effectively and ensure high-impact outcomes. Utilize project management tools like Jira, Asana, or equivalent to track progress, manage tasks, and report on project status. Facilitate regular status meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive accountability and continuous improvement. Proactively identify and resolve issues, risks, or roadblocks that could impact project success. Develop and document standardized processes to improve team efficiency and project outcomes. Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends in robotics and program management methodologies to bring best practices to the team. Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field. 3+ years of experience in project or program management within a technical or engineering environment. Proven expertise in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deliverables. Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of critical prioritization frameworks and methodologies. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach. Basic data analytics skills for effort estimation, KPI definitions, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred:

Experience in robotics, hardware/software integration, or other related technical fields. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other iterative development methodologies. Master's degree in engineering, project management, or a related discipline. PMP or similar project management certification.
