Regular Your opportunity The Financial Solutions Branch (FSB) is part of the Specialized Teams for Advice & Relationship (STAR) organization in the Investor Services Branch Network. FSB provides a high-scale dedicated relationship model responsible for serving Mass Affluent investors. FSB is an extension of the Branch Network and serves our new and existing Mass Affluent clients to deepen engagement, build trust, and provide investment solutions and tools for todays markets. The team partners closely with a wide range of departments and partners, including the local and national branches, to ensure these clients get the most out of their relationship with Schwab. Your typical day would include sales coaching and sales process management, development of branch team with effective training and performance management, client presentations with your sales team, analysis of performance data for trends and actions, interviewing prospective employees, collaborating with business partners sharing of the best methods and performing the compliance and administrative tasks inherent in our industry. What you have Active and valid Series 7licenserequired Active and valid Series 66 (63/65) licenserequired Active and valid Series 9/10 license required Active and valid Life and Health Insurance license (may be obtained within a 120-day condition of employment) Bachelors degree or equivalent,or equivalent work-related experience 4+yearsfinancialsales leadershipexperience CFP, CFA, CIMA, and/or AAMSpreferred Strongleadership, management,and motivational skills A desire to lead, a passion for sales management, and a deep commitment to clientservice Proficient inestablishingquality cross-enterprisepartnerships Strong candidates will also haveexcellent communication skills anda track recordof success in salesand salesleadership What youre good at: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong relationship-buildingskills and ability to influence and motivate people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions Excellent organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items Data-curious, and leverages business results to help drive outcomes Effective change agent who can thoughtfully champion new ideas, and coach partners to recognize the benefits and adopt change for themselves Never satisfied with the status quo, seeks, andimplementsrecommendationsforcontinuous improvement In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
